Best tour in Krakow – Get a buggy for a fun trip

I’ve visited Krakow many times before, and I always love coming back. Since I had already explored most of the major historical attractions, such as Schindler’s Factory Museum, the Ghetto Wall, and the historic sites in the Kazimierz district, I decided to try something different. This time, I booked what’s often called the best tour in Krakow: a buggy city tour with one of the city’s most popular guides. Here in Krakow, the buggy drivers are everywhere!

Krakow City

Krakow is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. By now, I almost feel like a local. This trip, I stayed for five days. It gave me plenty of time to wander the charming streets and sample the city’s incredible restaurants and bars. From traditional Polish cuisines to amazing steak restaurants and fine dining options, between the Old Town and the Kazimierz district, I didn’t run out of options, possibly making it the best tour experience in Krakow.

My favourite bars: The Opus Lounge and Hedwig’s Bar. Two amazingly decorated bars that reflect style, comfort, and luxury. Perfect for me and my luxury travels, making it the best of Krakow in many ways. Not to mention that the cocktails were unique and delicious.

From walking around Wawel Castle to cycling in and around Krakow, I enjoyed every day in this city. A few years back, I stepped onto the frozen river, this time I walked in the midsummer heat! I indulged in plenty of pierogi and treated myself to some relaxing massages. There are always plenty of things to do in Krakow, and one could argue it’s among the best tour cities. I love coming back here!

In my previous post I mentioned that Vienna is one of the top cities in Europe. Well, to me, Krakow is as well.

Would the best tour in Krakow make this stay even better?

The Buggy City Tour

Of course, here in Krakow, history is everywhere, found on every street and corner. So, why not explore it all while being driven around in style? The buggy city tour seemed to be a popular choice, and I wanted to know why. For those seeking the best tour of Krakow, it truly is ideal for seeing the city in comfort and with a fresh perspective. Not to mention hearing about Krakow’s history. I really enjoyed it!

And as you know, I don’t do tours very often. Last one was in Los Angeles with my friend (read here).

But the Buggy City Tour with Jacob was great, and I learned new stories about Krakow all over again. I booked a private tour, and Jacob had a lot of knowledge to share. You can choose from various tours, but I would definitely recommend the complete 1 1/2 hours buggy city tour. Depending on your schedule, of course. One thing is certain, you won’t regret it. These are undoubtedly among the best tours you can find in Krakow.

As for me..

Of course every trip to Krakow is combined with a family visit, which I enjoy every time. This time it is for my cousin’s birthday party. There is always laughter, partying and vodka when we all gather. No matter if it is with my aunties and uncles or my cousins, we always have fun. While celebrating, my family often talks about the best tours to take in Krakow and Europe, reminiscing about past trips. Remember when my cousins and I went to Paris only a few months ago (read here)? Soo much fun!
